Parent / Child Dedication:
Because we know that children are a gift from the Lord, this special time of commitment for parents to dedicate themselves to raising their child for the Lord is available to you! If you desire to have your child dedicated, please contact Cindy Ervin. This event is held twice a year-on Mother's Day and the Sunday after Thanksgiving.
Easter Family Festival:
Each year on the Saturday before Easter we have an awesome festival where families and friends can come and enjoy spending time with their kids... and each other. Our Easter Family Festival is full of fun, food, and of course, EGGS! We have giant inflatables, petting zoos, puppet shows, clowns and age appropriate egg hunts for kids of all ages, including children with special needs.
VBS:
This isn't your grandma's VBS! Oh no, VBS at Dogwood is well, a little different. Kids are grouped into crews, not age groups. They dance, sing and jump around during large group, run crazy during games, concoct creative crafts, enjoy fun snacks, and most importantly, EXPERIENCE the Bible. VBS occurs during the summer, so stay tuned for more details!
